Company Description:Large Supplier of IT Solutions

The SAP Business Analyst - HR is responsible for the identification and development of business process changes and improvements for the Human Resources Department, including incorporation into SAP and other HR systems.


  • Develop positive working relationships with the Business Organization (liaison between Human Resources Department and IS)
  • Gather and document Business Requirements and opportunities for Business Process Improvement
  • Design and document Business Processes including the development of business cases to support implementation if necessary
  • Analyze Change Requests from Business Organization in light of current Business Blueprint, including impact on other areas (modules) of SAP
  • Justify Change Requests and align with overall business and technology goals and objectives
  • Develop integrated plans and take responsibility for resolving Change Requests as appropriate
  • Responsible for testing (unit and integration) the solution before release to Production
  • Maintain awareness of software product developments and trends in technology

    Required Skills/Qualifications:

    • BS/BA, MBA desirable.
    • Minimum 5 years in Human Resources conducting business analysis, requirements definition, problem solving in an aggressive sales driven distribution environment. Preferably some experience with an electronics reseller.
    • Minimum 2 years experience with SAP R/3 Human Resources configuration including Personnel Administration, Personnel Development, Time Administration, Training & Events, and Career & Succession Planning.
    • Familiarity with ADP, Kronos, and Greentree as they integrate with SAP.
    • Highly articulate in both oral and written communication for presentation, negotiation, and persuasion.
